Someday, I’ll build my own house,
A stone’s throw from the sea,
A pretty little two-roomed hut
For my sister Nettie and me.
I’ll make the roof of bright seashells,
And put blue clapboard on its sides,
And set it on the highest rocks,
To keep it safe from tides…
